Dubki Wale Aloo Recipe as it is called in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, is a spicy gravy of potatoes is famously eaten along with puris. It is a no-onion-no-garlic recipe which makes it perfect for fasting too. Popularly eaten at breakfast time along with puris, it also makes a delicious side dish for lunch with Parathas and a Pumpkin Dal with Garlic Tadka.
