My grandmother often makes this quick gojju with tomatoes and gram flour. It almost feels like a 'cheat dal' and goes perfectly well with chapatis. This has become a staple for dinner whenever I am too tired or short of time. I like it as a side dish with curd rice too.
Serve Takkali Kadalamavu Curry along with Beetroot Thoran and Steamed Rice for a weekday meal. You can also serve Phulkas along with this dish.
