Mini Bajra Uttapam Recipe is essentially a millet based Uttapam batter that is made by combining bajra or pearl millets with urad dal and rice.
The mixture is washed and soaked for about 6 hours, ground together and the bajra uttapam batter is fermented overnight. A generous topping of an onion-capsicum mixture, with a drizzle of rich ghee over these uttapams, makes its an absolutely delish weekday breakfast.
