    Panaji mariner stranded at Lankan hotel

    A Panaji-resident, who had travelled to Sri Lanka on March 8 with his return flight scheduled for March 31, has been left stranded in a hotel near Colombo since, as flights to India were suspended in view of the Covid-19 situation.
