    Food companies seek government help to clear supply blocks

    The companies said while the Central government has issued permissions, they haven’t percolated to the district-level authorities. A spokesperson for ITC, which sells food products ranging from Sunfeast biscuits to B Natural juices, said it is in talks at the state level for permissions, although it has obtained some authorisations.
